I’m an operations leader who turns fast growth into something that lasts. A jaclyn-of-all-trades, master of getting it done.

I bring a people-first approach to my work & I believe operations is ultimately about helping people do their best work. I’m equally at home writing a compliance manual, coaching a new supervisor, rolling out an AI tool, or steadying a team through change.

I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area and work remotely and in hybrid settings. I’m currently open to fractional COO and Chief of Staff engagements as well as full-time operations leadership roles.
